IDCapp.com Independent Driver Consortium Web Application Powered by Norton Medical Industries enables safety sensitive workers to participate in a DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Consortium regulated by FMCSA, FAA, FTA, PHMSA, cPUC, US Coast Guard or Company Directive, participate in qualified testing consortium, with drug and alcohol testing, to pay for their program, share drug test results with their regulatory agency and others.
The safety sensitive worker enrolls in the proper consortium using the agency code number provided by their agency. By enrolling in a qualified consortium using the agency number, the safety sensitive worker agrees that his agency will receive their drug screen results.
Once enrolled the safety sensitive worker will receive a personal unique personal ID number that ties the safety sensitive worker to IDCapp.com.
IDCapp.com contains locations for the participant to take tests, Certificate of Enrollment in the IDCapp.com Consortium, an Authorization form to show the collector at the collection site to complete his test.
If a test is not negative the safety sensitive worker will be contacted speak to a certified Medical Review Officer to see if they have a legitimate reason to have a the substance in their body such as a doctor prescription. Test results will be reported to the safety sensitive workers agency. Drugs tested for, are shown on the dashboard on the IDCapp.com. Drug Test dates and results are shown on IDCapp.com.
